Most would say that they wouldn't considering the cost it would take for such a test. I was reading a comment b4 about a guy that was doing it over a year n always getting tested at his clinic and never had a worry. So I would say no. Besides, I wouldn't think they'd bother a healthy muscle guy considering most people I see at my clinic I go to looking all skinny and nasty! Lol

No, 5mg's is a minimal amount of methadone. Although, methadone, as a drug, is very strong and very long lasting so I do not recommend taking methadone without contacting a physician. Most people who walk onto a methadone clinic get a starting dose around 20 or 30mg's a day.

All drugs (even street drugs) break down into metabolites. Drug tests focus primarily on these particular metabolites. If present, it proves that drug was consumed because those particular metabolites do not appear naturally in the body and can only occur after the ingestion of the related drug.

All I know is ou cannot mix methadone and fentenyl...it eats up your methadone...as for other opiates, if you are maintained ona blocking dose they will help with pain but not get you high unless risking an overdose....called"shooting over the meth"...they cherry meth is injectable by the way....

Yes they can tell the difference in Methadone and hydrocodone Methadone has to be tested separately in a test it is not on the 5 panel test. Hydrocodone however is an opiate and will show up as an opiate. Methadone is a synthetic opiate and is in a class all of its own. Methadone tricks the brain into thinking that its still has heroin/opiates in the body it works the same in the brain. So to answer your question they would have to test separate for methadone. It is two totally different drug classes.

I personally don't think on a dipstick they can. Methadone is still an opiate. I took it for years with loracet and never saw the dr tell a difference. Sorry to tell ya.

Laughing Gas or N20, also refered to as Dinitrogenous (mono)oxide, is not a drug. It is a gas that produces a europhic state. It's commonly used during dental procedures. It is also used in aersol whip cream cans to proprol it out. These are called whippets and are most commonly abused.

No, you cannot. since hydromorphone is morphine with an extra oxygen molecule that allows it to pass through the blood brain barrier faster (much like heroin is actually morphine also but with an extra acetyl molecule), you will still have the same allergic reaction. try Oxycodone (percocet) or Hydrocodone (Vicodin) instead.

Yes. I've been on methadone for almost 6 years and always disolve my tablets in water or other liquid. But I get the 40 mg tablets not 100% sure about 10mg but I'm sure it wouldn't hurt the dose.

maybe a whole lot of Percocet. be careful though. Percocet has a buffer in it and taking too much can be toxic. oxycodone is the active ingredient which is also in roxycontin and oxicontin. there is no buffer in those. try suboxon or subutex. it didn't work for me but I have known it to work for others

I would assume that from your question you are already being prescribed Methadone,if you are not I'm sure you already aware of the dangers of taking any medication which you have not been prescribed.

As far as i know Methadone tablets and ampules are hardly ever prescribed any more due to the fact that the government has suggested Doctors stop prescribing it due to the fact of the problem of overdose and damage to veins.

No! When diomethylmorphine aka Heroin is broken down in the body and delivered through the blood stream it is converted into morphine. Methadone however is a fully synthetic narcotic that does not come from poppies so no morphine or opium is used in the synthesizing of methadone nor is it converted to in the body

cocaine is classed as a stimulent, not an opiate. It is not derived from opium and does not posess the correct chemical structure to be classed as an opiate. Therefore i would imagine it would not be detected as an opiate in a drug screen

All depends on ur past experiences. I know my body and I wouldn't go crazy with the Methadone, but for me sure I could bang a couple of lines and then take a methadone pill. It does a great job of stopping you from jonesing. If you are unexperienced with combining drugs Then I would say NO! But that being said if you really want to give it a shot though I highly recommend that you start off with just a very small amount of 'done say 5 mgs. Methadone can take up to 2 hours to get the full effect. So DO NOT REDOSE after 15 minutes because your not feeling it! That's how you die! The best way to do this would be as soon as you finish the last of you bag of blow take the 5 mgs immediately. If after at least an hour and a half you don't feel anything take another 5 mgs. Remeber slow and steady. Get to know how your body reacts to combinations of drugs. Remember you can always Add another dose to your high but its impossible to take away a dose. most people have there methadone Drinks as carrys and u don't get to see or judge how much out of ur dose ur getting when u sip it so it depends on if ur taking pills or the methadone drink i wasnt aware of the pills . i take 40 mg drinks and iv just taken a sip to feel better partying so hopefully ur advice does work by giving us the ok and go try it thanx alot dude

Yes, a general drug test would indicate that they are both opiates, witch is a group of drugs that include most painkillers. But I believe that depending on the reason for the test, is it for employment or probation? more specific tests may be used in certain cases in which the specific drug can be identified. As a pharmacist I can say some people get violently ill from morphine. This is NOT the same as an allergic reaction. It would be considered a side effect. Some symptoms are headache and nausea/vomiting. If you are sensitive to morphine please inform your physician so they can avoid prescribing it to you in the future. An allergic reaction is much more serious and can lead to hives, rash and difficulty in breathing.

Methadone does not show up in a basic opiate test that is part of the standard pre-employment drug test and which can detect heroin, codeine and morphine (and perhaps oxycodone, hydrocodone, and dilaudid). A Methadone specific test must be performed to detect Methadone. This test is not uncommon and is part of the second tier "extended" test done by many companies.
