it depends what your error is. I do know of one common one that gives people headaches very often and involves fonts. If it is something like "Cannot open due to read-only embedded fonts", then you are probably out of luck. In fact, some people who make profesional presentations use this trick so you can't edit the presentation, only open it. I have this problem myself. Either save the text boxes as pictures and replace the boxes with the saved picture versions or embed the fonts (see directions as followed). 1. Click Save As on the File menu. 2. Click Toolbar (toward the right on the Save as screen). 3. Click Save Options. 4. Select Embed True Type Fonts. Note that embeding fonts does not work on wordart, so those you must save as pictures. Embeding fonts like this works on all similar Microsoft programs (Publisher, Word, etc.).

You can add a bar graph to show comparison. A pie chart can also be added for that purpose.
