Either save the text boxes as pictures and replace the boxes with the saved picture versions or embed the fonts (see directions as followed). 1. Click Save As on the File menu. 2. Click Toolbar (toward the right on the Save as screen). 3. Click Save Options. 4. Select Embed True Type Fonts. Note that embeding fonts does not work on wordart, so those you must save as pictures. Embeding fonts like this works on all similar Microsoft programs (Publisher, Word, etc.).

You can add a bar graph to show comparison. A pie chart can also be added for that purpose.

False. When you open Powerpoint, you start with a blank slide. A workbook is in Excel.

Most characters can be erased by pressing the backspace key or the Del key, depending on where your cursor insertion point is located.

Text Box can be added in the insert column of the window. Animations tab can add effects to it.

.jpg The file formats that can be added to a power point show are .wav, .jpg and .gif.

There are two ways to get around this but I recommend the second one. 1) Just add both of the sounds (narration and sound effects) to the PowerPoint. Set them to both come in and it should work (I haven't tested yet). If it doesn't work, try Solution 2 2) Install trakAx, a music-creating thing for Windows. Once that's installed, first put the narration into the project. Then add the sound effects to the project. Move all of the sounds around. Then save your trakAx file as a sound file (You can do it but I forgot how, please find out and improve this answer as you will) and add the sound file to your PowerPoint. DONE!

It can be called as a list where bullets are the numbers. You can also insert other symbols other than bullets.

It is the view mode that Powerpoint opens in. It is called Normal view. There are other views such as Slide Sorter view and Notes Page view and Reading view, but the one that it is in when you start is Normal view. A default is what something is set to first, so the default view is the view that Powerpoint is set to first.

Once you have more than one slide, you hover your mouse over the slide you wish to change and then right click and choose either layout or format background. From there it is fairly simple and I am sure you will be able to take it from there. Good luck.
