You will need:
1. Masking tape
2. Spray paint (black is best,use primer)
3. Lots of space
4. Some news paper to put down so the spray paint doesn't go everywhere.
Get the tape and tape:
1. The tip of the barrel
2. All of the handle( Inc the trigger)
3. Tape all the buttons and some parts of the mag

Can you just paint your Nerf gun with spray paint and with out disasembling it?
Yes, you can. But, I would suggest buying a plastic-safe spray paint. I would recommend Krylon Fusion or Rustoleum paint. You can find these at your local hardware store, Michael's, or Home Depot. But, before you paint them, make sure to cover the trigger, and other parts so they won't get paint on them(the trigger could get stuck). Also, cover up the orange nozzle because that's how the police know it's a fake/nerf gun.

When a player is hit he mustsit down until the player that shot him can make his way over to him to collect the kill card, then the player who was hit goes to jail for 30 seconds, and is given a new kill card. After a set time limit the team with the most kill cards wins.

I think there's only a laser on one nerf gun. and that's the recon. you have to put 1 or 2 AA batteries in then turn an orange switch on the side of the laser
