I wouldn't say that Aunt Roji was jealous of Robin; I think she saw her more of a burden than anything else.
In episode 277 or 278, we see a shot of the outside and inside of the house, and judging by the lack of luxuries and furniture (they only have a wooden table, 4 chairs and a stove in the biggest room of the house), they are obviously quite poor. She reminds me of Aunt Petunia from the Harry Potter novels. She used Robin for work - she gave her all the chores (housecleaning, etc...) - so it also reminds me of the story of Cinderella.
Also, Aunt Roji mentions that Robin is her husband'ssister's daughter, and so Robin holds no blood relation to her. Roji doesn't think she has anything to do with Robin, or want her in the slightest.
