Why does Open office paste table into the document when I copy and paste from the web how do I just paste the text and not the table?

I don't know why it does that but the only way i found that copied any text from a web document to Open Office is by going to Edit>Paste Special>Formatted Text[RTF]

I don't know either o_o, but when this happens I just copy the text in the table then undo the paste and repaste if OOo is giving me issues about getting rid of the table.
