Hydrocodone however is an opiate and will show up as an opiate. Methadone is a synthetic opiate and is in a class all of its own. Methadone tricks the brain into thinking that its still has heroin/opiates in the body it works the same in the brain. So to answer your question they would have to test separate for methadone. It is two totally different drug classes.

You can take a plain Tylenol (acetaminophen) along with oxycodone if it is plain oxycodone. Do not take too much acetaminophen - if your oxycodone already has acetaminophen or APAP in it, don't take more on top of what's already there.

Hydrocodone and Oxycontin contain the same active drug... oxycodone. So 10mg of Hydrocodone and 10 mg of Oxycontin have the same amount of Oxycodone (10 mg) in them. The only difference is that the Hydrocodone contains Tylenol in addition to the Oxycodone. So on the Hydrocodone bottle it might say something like 10/500. So the Hyrocodone in that instance has 10 mg of oxycodone and 500mg of Tylenol.

Cotinine is tricky but I will tell you that most people will say that it stays in your sytem for about 2 to 4 days. I will tell you honestly..Try more than 3 months...I quit smoking 3 months ago and have not touched another cigarette or even been around it. I tested positive for cotinine on my last nicotine test. The only difference is the potency of the drug - Oxycodone is a stronger opiate than Hydrocodone is. For a pain patient, the decision to move to a stronger drug is usually based on the lower strength drug not being able to do the job in current doses, or if the patient has to take more to deal with the pain. Fewer doses of a drug to deal with a problem is always more preferable to having increase the dose of one that isn't working as well.

I'm afraid you can't do that :/ because they need to know that you actually need it and are taking it resposibly. Also if you take lots of antibiotics they won't work anymore as your body will become immune to it. There shouldn't be any big problems so just contact your GP and if you really need it for a good reason then they will prescribe it for you!
