If It is the Oxycontin pill then just put it in a glass of water and wait 20-30 minutes. Otherwise if its pure Oxycontin I have no clue how to dissolve that. But you can burn it in a fire but it will almost dissolve instantly but is good for a fire starter.

I did read on my Oxy prescription that if you are not use to taking narcotic meds then you should start off slow with them, it just depends on the person.
