A little exercise, even just walking. Sometimes heat helps. Hot water bottle/heating pad/bath etc. If you don't have acsess to those get a clean sock, put rice in it (not instant rice) , and heat it up for 1-5 minutes, then place on area of pain. Talk to your doctor. They will give you medication/pain killers that work. One pain killer that really helps is Naproxen. Make sure you arent allergic to it and if you're under 14 to eat it with a meal (toast, hot dog, oatmeal, pizza pop, Mac n cheese, etc.) you can't take this medication if you're under 12 years old. So be careful. If you're experiencing really bad cramps more than one week of your period you can ask your doctor to go on birth control pills. They can really help. Eat foods with lots of calcium, like green vegetables and milk and cheese. Chocolate helps too, so does ice cream. Try to avoid caffeine and tobacco. Surprisingly, having an orgasm can also help ease the cramping pain so if it seems messy I suggest having it in the shower. You might want to do it yourself as it could be embarresing to bleed on your boyfriend/fiance/husband. Advil and simple pain killers on the rack can help for a short period of time. Sitting down and croutching down can mildly help for mild cases. Try to keep your mind pre-occupied and watch tv or play a video game so you're not focusing on the cramps. First of all, if all regular blood examinations are normal and the pain did not came on very acute [ within a day or so] and there is no logical explanation for these pains [overdoing things] then check blood levels of 25[OH]D which is vitamin D and also levels of vitamin B12.

There's no need to be "worried" per se, however it would be best to see your GP/family doctor, just in case anything else is going on with the foot. Since it is 3 weeks since the original injury, and it has not quite "healed" yet, it would be perfectly justified to see a doctor.

If this happens all the time it could be anything from an ulcer to an irritated colon from drinking. If it's just happened it could be pure gas. If you're already dehydrated when you start drinking, or are taking Tylenol, Aleve (or anything containing them), or anything else that puts a strain on the kidneys, the resulting pain from your kidneys being taxed will feel like back pain.

The way to deal with it is lots of water or cranberry juice to help rehydrate you and flush your kidneys out.
