What makes a sentence a rambling sentence?
Example of a rambling run-on sentence: Well, when you think about it if you think at all, but maybe you won't you wouldn't think a caterpillar with all its legs would mind walking but you see caterpillars stop that's because they get tired just like people do.
A clearer sentence might be: Despite having many legs, I think caterpillars get tired of walking.
A rambling, run-on sentence:
- Tries to include far too much information.
- Includes extraneous, unnecessary details.
- Does not state the point clearly.
- Loses the subject and verb amid a whole bunch of words.
- Often contains more than "one complete thought".

as an "interger".
An "integer" is a whole number. Any time you write a number that doesn't have any
fraction or decimal in it, you have written an integer.

Rousseau was bitterly opposed to the idea that the people should exercise sovereignty via a representative assembly. Rather, they should make the laws directly. It was argued that this would prevent Rousseau's ideal state from being realized in a large society, such as France was at the time. Much of the subsequent controversy about Rousseau's work has hinged on disagreements concerning his claims that citizens constrained to obey the general will are thereby rendered free.
