Define what you mean by "closes your case." They might 'close' it because you have completed your probation period and no longer require supervision, although you are usually summoned back to court so that the sentencing judge can tell you this in person. The law says you have to be 13 years old of age, to go on probation, and then the age just increases on.. Please dont tell me you want to be on Probation becuse your pretty much locked in the house all of the time and wont be allowed out on certain times and you'll have a tag on your ankle and they watch every move you do.
