Adelie penguins usually push other adelie penguins in the water to see if leopard seals are hiding in the water. No other types of penguins push each other into the water. They are called leopard seals because they look like overgrown seals and they have spots all over their body. They are also called leopard seals because they are fierce just like a leopard when it comes to catching penguins for their food. (Sometimes, leopard seals try to break the ice from underneath to attack humans.)
