This is why the idea that a woman can't get pregnant during her period is a myth. Also, implantation of an embryo can produce some bleeding, although there is generally a delay of several days between fertilization and implantation. Don't rule out anything.

Brown blood is usually old blood. If you missed a period and had two negative pregnancy tests, you probably just did not menstruate due to stress or some other possible ailment. If you are having other symptoms, go see your doctor (especially if your period is usually very regular).

My wife is going through the same problem,actually she has not seen her period since last two month but do have some spot and slight bleeding,she had a urine pregnancy test and the result was negative,so the answer is No.
