There are few different unlock passwords for T749.

If you getting "Phone Lock" password prompt you need to reset Phone Lock. This can be done by flashing your phone with any firmware. You will need MultiLoader software and firmware files. You will need USB cable.

If you are getting "Network Lock" or "Phone Freeze" you need to unfreeze and unlock code. This can be done by via USB cable but there is no free solution to make it. You can get software and instructions to read unlock/unfreeeze code at related links

Well if your home phone is sitting on a home phone charger there should be a button on it that says ignore or knock off and all you have to do is press that button and you should be able to block your number but in order to do so you have to call from your cell and then press those buttons so that's how you block your phone nuymber from your house phone.If you need anymore information please contact me at (903-646-3139

I believe (after hours of research) that AT&T has a contract with apple so that they are the only carrier of the iPhone, the contract , I think, is for 5 years I don't know when the contract started but you might wanna just get it with AT&T for a 2/yr service and possibly you either might like it and want to get more service by them or the contract between apple and AT&T will not be in effect.
