You can purchase (download) Adobe CS4 through Adobe's website as well as at other software retailers.

With proper identification, you can also purchase educational versions at drastically reduced rates at Adobe's site as well as sites like Academic Superstore.

There aren't any disadvantages to use multiple layers. Multiple Layer Design is the point of using Photoshop. You can change elements of a project one piece at a time rather than single layer apps that once you make a enough changes you can never go back.

In Photoshop, you can create everything in a Non-Destructive manner and Multiple Layers is a foundational feature for that.

Well, there are lots of programs and of course there are many really decent examples among them. Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom are the giants that hold the industry and make the standards for others to follow.

That doesn't mean that they are the only good examples of photo editing software. Lots of companies follow their experience and also add some new features thus creating good programs for photographers. Photoworks, Capture One, Affinity Photo, Luminar 4, Photodiva and many others can be decent competitors for the Adobe products.

The main question is whether the particular program suits YOU. To understand how do you feel about the certain soft, you better to try it. Of course, you can read lots of reviews or opinions on Answers but that won't substitute your own experience.

72 is the is required if you have clients that like to be exact for font size, for example.

If my resolution is 100 than my 72 px text will change to 100 px text.

4. Type in regedit

Normally, Adobe Photoshop is a payed-for program, and cannot be downloaded anywhere for free (free distribution is illegal and can be enforced by law). However, you may choose to use the above steps, but it could ruin your computer.

There are a couple of ways to "sharpen" semi-blurry images. First of all try Noiseless app. You won't be able to completely make sharp images out of out-of-focus images, but you can try. 1. Under "FILTERS" you can go down to "SHARPEN" and select "UNSHARP MASK" this will pop up a new window. Use the slider to desired effect. 2. You can push the letter "R" on your keboard and it will select a tool on your tool palette that looks like a water drop. If you click and hold this button you will get a couple other tools to choose from, one of which is the "SHARPEN" tool. Use this tool to sharpen specific areas of the blurry image. If you're in Photshop 7.0, your strenght and brush sizes for this tool will be docked at the top of your window. Good luck!

You can use Zoom Tool which is located at Tools palette on left side of screen (press Z on keyboard to activate it), or by keyboard shortcuts: Ctrl + ( + ) to zoom in and Ctrl + ( - )to zoom out.

Passport photos can be printed at home on high quality photographic paper, taken on disk to a local photo store, or printed via photo printing services. Don't pay high costs at passport photo shops. Passport and visa photos to meet the specifications of almost any country can be printed cheaply!

With an image open go to the layers palette and click the new layer icon - it's at the bottom of the palette next to the trash icon (it looks like a sheet of paper with the bottom left corner curled up)

Because you have a great amount of flexibility when working with layers. layers can be edited, added or deleted at any time also can be used for non desctructive corrections which means you are not working directly with pixels.

Have you tried www.cnet.com . Once you're in, search for "free photo shop software". You'll get a list of different software available. Make sure to check it with your virus scann (viruses or spyware may always be an danger). The software there will not always be the best, since they give you promos most of the time, but it won't hurt to check it out.

You cannot get the Adobe Photoshop's Authorization code until unless you buy one.You need to buy the software to get the code.If you use the pirated software it is illegal.If you need a serial key then you need to buy it from the adobe's website.

You need to scan both pictures into a computer and then manipulate the images with something like Photoshop which is an expensive and complicated professional graphics tool.

There are probably other programs that do the same thing, and if you search the web you might find something less expensive or even free. Search under Photo manipulation software, or similar terms.

Photoshop has a wide range of tools, which allow you to manipulate or create your own image. You can crop, rotate, change the colour or style, and plenty more useful tools. It's ideal for touching up photographs. There are different types of selection tools that are great for just editing a certain area. the best way to understand photoshop is to open an image and then play around with each tool individually, and get a feel for what it does. If you need help on a particular tool i can try and explain how it works and what it does. Note: Photoshop works in layers, which are very handy once you've made sense of them. i hope this is of some use :)

Shrink the Kb of...?

An image? then go File > save for web ... choose your settings and this will shrink the size, BUT will also reduce the quality of the saved image.

If its a .PSD (Photoshop) file im unawre of a way to reduce its file size, and to be honest can't think of a reson why you would need to.

I ques question is how to open image in Photoshop to edit it. There are several ways to open image in Photoshop. Most common way:

1. start Photoshop

2. Click on File in top right corner of Photoshop window

3. When drop-down list expands click Open

4. Navigate to image in Open dialog, click on image once then click Open button at bottom right corner of Open dialog

There is the GIMPShop, which is the GIMP, with a modified UI, so that it looks and feels like photoshop, if that's what you are used to, or prefer.

There is also an online program called "Splashup", previously known as "fauxto". It is very similar to Photoshop, but it is only available online and cannot be downloaded for offline use.

(Aviary is in the same boat as Splashup)

Corel Paint Shop is a popular alternative to Photoshop, though it has less features than GIMP or Photoshop.

Also, there is a great site where there is a whole collection of photo-creating and editing software and even music editing software that you can use online. You don't have to download anything.

Command-Option-Shift-T is the Mac version of the Windows command Control-Alt-Shift-T. In general the Mac uses the Command key where Windows uses the Control key.

There are around 100 tools and features on Photoshop, and you will just keep finding more and more :)
