What are the top 40 pizza toping?
The top three are almost certainly pepperoni, sausage, and mushrooms (cheese more or less goes without saying).
Ham, canadian bacon, ground beef, chicken, onion, green peppers, bacon, (black) olives, pineapple and tomato are also reasonably popular. Shrimp, green olives, salami, hot peppers, and anchovies aren't horribly uncommon. If you want to count meatballs as being something distinct from ground beef, you could do that. We're already kind of cheating by counting sausage, pepperoni, and salami (all basically different kinds of sausages) separately.
We're only at (maybe) 20, so filling out the list of 40 is going to be problematic. I've had turkey, potatoes, beans, corn, pickles, and plantains (not all on the same pizza), but I wouldn't call any of them "popular".
Does the the pizza maker close properly?
The pizza maker doesn't close properly, however it should close without any difficulty
you make a circle draw a + in the middle and then draw pepperoni pieces around it (SPECIAL EFFECTS) draw steam coming off of it
Code for pizza oven baker pride grease-laden vapors?
Simple answer is: No, a Bakers Pride Convection Oven baking pizza does not produce grease laden vapors.
Grease laden vapors are a result of the cooking process, the product being heated/cooked and the temperature the product is heated to. Grease laden vapors are easily recognized, observe a deep fat fryer or grill while cooking its products and you will see grease laden vapors, look at the grease extraction filters and you will see condensate grease, check the grease cup and you will see it has grease from the extraction process inside.
Pizza and its toppings, for example, heated in a convection oven, either chain belt or cavity type, do not produce grease laden vapors. The pizza and toppings are not heated near the vaporization point of grease, approx 425F. If it was you will see grease laden vapors condensate on the oven door and leaking onto the floor below. Keep in mind that if the core of pizza dough is heated beyond 212F the finished dough product would be like a cracker.
Pizza convection ovens, both conveyor and cavity type, are not manufactured with grease troughs and collection devices, which is further proof that convection ovens are not a grease generating appliance and does not require NFPA96 protection.
The NFPA 96 Standard is the document that describes the need for and how to protect cooking equipment that generate grease laden vapors and that might be a source of ignition of grease.
Pizza toppings fresh out of the oven will not light when exposed to a torch nor will they support combustion.
In the case of convection ovens cooking pizza, both the lack of grease laden vapors and the source of ignition are lacking. To date the industry standard is to equip the convection oven with a Type II - heat/steam hood above the oven. The Type II hood is not applicable to the NFPA 96 standard and are not required to be protected with fire suppression equipment, etc.
The NFPA 96 Standard, section A.10.1.2 does not list convection ovens as an example of cooking equipment that produces grease laden vapors.
Consult with a competent fire science professional and they should be able to verify your lack of grease laden vapor generation.
Would a pepperoni and mushroom pizza be considered a compound?
No. It would be a mixture of numerous mixtures of compounds. Compounds are very simple groups of items. Each of the major components of the pizza, such as cheese, mushrooms, pepperoni, tomato sauce, and dough are not simple groups of items. The cheese, for example, may contain a variety of different fat molecules (both saturated fats and oils), a variety of different protein molecules, some organic acids (like vinegar), etc. each of these different molecules is itself a compound.

How do you clean mold from a pizza stone or do I need to through it away?
If a pizza stone is allowed to get moldy it is probably best to just give it a toss, because removing the mold would require using harsh chemicals which would be absorbed into the porous stone.
So how is it even possible for a pizza stone to get moldy in the first place? It sounds as though the pizza stone was washed with water and put away wet or damp (in a dark place) and not used for a lengthily time.
Mold is a fungi that can grow on just about anything, including a pizza stone. Mold thrives in areas that are damp, humid and sheltered from sunlight. The best way to prevent mold from forming on a pizza stone is to keep the stone dry.
Personally, I never wash my pizza stone. I just wait until it cools off and then brush anything that's baked on with a stiff brush. I hope this helps.
