Most likely none of them. I have never heard of anyone getting food delivered to them in Central Park (unless it's like, a corporate picnic or something, with 500 people), and I've lived in Manhattan, just a couple of blocks away from the park, for all of my life (almost 27 years).
I've never actually ASKED any restaurants whether or not they would deliver to Central Park...but that's only because the idea sounds so crazy to me, that I would never even think to ask.
I seriously, seriously doubt that you will be able to find a pizza place that will deliver to you in Central Park. I don't mean to insult you -- I wouldn't expect you to know how things are done in a city that you're not familiar with -- but you have no idea how crazy that sounds. If you tried calling pizza places and asking them, I guarantee that half of them would hang up on you, and the other half would laugh at you.
The biggest problem is, their delivery people are not intimately familiar with Central Park. They would have a very difficult time, not just finding Sheep's Meadow, but also finding YOU in Sheep's Meadow. It would probably take them a minimum of one hour to find you. And they cannot afford to have one of their delivery people running around Central Park, trying to find you. Not when they have other orders to complete.
They also usually will not deliver to any place except an address. Like, you can't call and say, "I need a pizza, meet me at the southwest corner of 65th and Lexington." It has to be an actual address: an apartment, a house, an office, etc.
And on top of all that, restaurants in Manhattan usually have very strict delivery boundaries. For example, a restaurant on West 75th Street would likely deliver from 59th Street to 90th Street only. NO exceptions.
If I can't get Burritoville to deliver to my house, 3 blocks out of their delivery range, then I seriously, seriously doubt you'll be able to get someone to bring you pizza in the middle of Central Park.
Maybe if you offered them like, $200, they would do it. But still, I doubt it.
But there are plenty of pizza places close to the park. You could just pick one up and take it with you. It wouldn't still be hot and fresh by the time you sat down to eat it, but...them's the breaks.
Pizza Pete's, on Columbus Avenue between 85th and 86th Streets, is really, really good. They're constantly changing their name, so they could be called something different now, but no matter how many times they change their name, their pizza never suffers. I would especially recommend the Margarita pizza.
Ray's on 82nd and Columbus is also pretty good.
On the East Side, there's Pintaile's Pizza, on 91st Street between 5th and Madison.
There's also another great pizza place just half a block away from Pintaile's. I forget what it's called, but it's on Madison Avenue, between 91st and 92nd, on the west side of the street. Pintaile's has a thinner crust, while the other place makes pizzas with a thick, fluffy crust.
