registeel - get a gallade from the altru building and go to the chroma ruins. near the end, you will see a steel structure. use gallade's cut on it and registeel will come out

regice - get magmortar from the volcano. go to the almia castle and go to the room with mismagius on the path to the north when you first enter the castle. once you get to the mismagius room, use magmortar's fire on the ice structure. regice will come out

regirock - get garchomp from hippowdon temple. but then go to the forest, and go to where blastoise is. get the floatzel then ride it til you see a small dock. get onto the dock, then travel south until you get to where roserade is go inside that cave and ....thinking...use garchomp on the rock structure. like the others, regirock will come out.

regigigas - get all 266 pokemon, and go to the ranger union. blah blah blah blah and then go to the hippowdon temple wth the regis. get to the part where the tile maze, and in the middle, there is a vortex. go into it, then place each of the regis on their correct pedastals. a door will open and in will be regigigas. with every step it takes a shcokwave erupts round it and you will lose 18 energy if you get hit byt it. i recommend using snover on him, so you can do it much easier. i hope i helped alot and i hope you check out my youtube http://youtube.com/flyingsneasel/

You can find Raikou on Route 38, first fly to Ecruteak.

You need to get in a something like a house and that brings you on Route 38.

But you need to walk in the grass, because its very difficoult to find one, i did finely catch one yesterday.

To find Roserade you must go to Rythmi, the operator in the Ranger Union on the third floor and she will ask you to bring a Roserade to her. Go south of the Ranger Union and catch a Floatzal. Ride east and go down the waterfall. Then get off at the first dock and go to the deepest part of the forest where there is one giant patch of grass. This is the home of Roserade.

You have to go all the way to the bottom of that area, right next to the cave where Regirock lives. Roserade will be righ ton the edge of the trees.

Acutally,when u go to boyeland then go in the first cave then,go past the first magmar then keep going and when u see some stairs there will be magmortar.Hope I helped

This can be tricky sometimes. First get a Mankey and an Aaron, and a couple of Magnemites just in case. Rampardos' attacks do around 10 damage.

When you first start, circle it until ! appears above it's head, if you are confident you can continue to circle while it does this attack, if not, lift the stylus. Then resume circling it.

When !! appears, lift the stylus again, again you can continue circling if you're confident you can avoid the attack. Resume circling.

When !!! appears it can get annoying. This attack goes on for a while and is plenty enough time for the gauge you've built up to completely deplete. There is a one second delay between rocks, instead of just waiting for it to stop draw ONE quick circle between the falling rocks. Just one before every rock. This will preserve your gauge a little better at least.

Now use Aaron to slow Rampardos a little, before using Mankey to double your styler power. This is to ensure you can finish the capture before Rampardos uses Rock Fall again. If you don't finish it, don't panic, just repeat the one loop per rock tactic and be VERY careful of damage.

Don't hesitate to use Magnemites if needed.
