No, they are not! As a Samoyed breeder (we have Sammies in our life for 20 years) I have to say, that they are NOT hypoallergenic dogs. I have seen many people, who where looking for a Samoyed as their future dog, since they have allergies and have been informed that they are hypo allergic. But after 10 - 30 minutes contact with that breed they finally believed, that a Samoyed is not considered a hypoallergenic breed!
