I shouldn't worry too much. Having gone through 2 pregnancies and going through my 3rd now (I'm 16 week) I still experience these pains.

They're usually stretching pains, especially if it's your first.

If you mean before birth, there is a test called an ultrasound that can be done when the mother is several months pregnant, that can tell. If you meant how can you tell if a clothed infant is a boy or girl, you can sometimes tell by the color of the clothing but not always. Just ask the mother.

I am not sure what you are meaning, but no I think not, you will find out the babys sex only when you are 18 weeks +, if you are living in the UK then you will find out at your 20 week scan (normality scan).

i have learned that you have 14 days since the first day of your period to become pregnant in other words whatever the 14th day lands on that day you become pregnant. for example if you started on the 20th then you were more likely to become pregnant on jan.2 that is when you ovulated.
