Why did my pregnancy test came back negative?
I would like to hear the results of this question. I had an ultrasound that didn't now my pregnancy and I am now 6 and 1/2 months along.....
Me also, I had an ultra sound last week, and it i was my 12 weeks. But the doctor said that they can't see the baby. I really felt that im pregnant and all the blood tests and pregnancy tests I took confirmed that it was positive, so why was that the doctor said that they can't see the baby! pls let us now! this is our first baby and we are so excited about it but we were very dissapointed about what the doctor said. : (
Can a home pregnancy test tell if you are pregnant 5-6 days before your period?
When you get pregnant your body produces a pregnancy hormone that the HPT picks up. That is how it knows your pregnant. In early pregnancy the hormone is not always strong enough to be detected, that is why they suggest you wait until you miss you period to take the HPT. That is not to say it won't detect it, every pregnancy is different. If you want to know before you miss your period you should go to a doctor.
Ordinarily I'd say yes. However, you say a doctor gave you a test and it was negative. You may ask him to do it again, or have another doctor do so. At the moment, "Maybe" is all that can be said.
Negative result could you still be pregnant?
It can be possible. I had my tubes tied in March of 2004 after I had my 3rd child. In November of 2006 I started getting sick and missed several periods, I took a pg test, it had a faint positive I freaked out. Went to the doctor, two urine tests came out negative, but a blood test showed positive. I got put in the hospital because I'd started bleeding. They kept monitoring my hormone levels and determined I was having a miscarriage. Through further testing we found out that one of my tubes has grown back together. Since then I have been on the depo shot as well, and still have had one other miscarriage after my husband came home on leave from Iraq. He is now back for good, and one of my tubes is still tied and I have been taking the depo shot religiously, but am having all the signs of pregnancy again although tests have so far come out negative, I plan to get a blood test done. And that will be your best option, go see your Dr. and get a blood test to be sure.
Can you confirm pregnancy 5 days before period?
Here's the things, if you take the test 5 days before your period and the test says positive, it is probably accurate. But if it says negative, that doesn't really mean you aren't pregnant. The pregnancy test doesn't always work to what they make you believe. it can sometimes not detect a pregnancy for the hormones that cause the test strip to react weren't enough. Either, take another pregnancy test, or if you really want to know if you are, go to your doctor and get a blood test.
How are multiple pregnancies detected?

An ultrasound can help determine if a miscarriage has occurred. If there is no visible fetus or embryo, depending on how far along the pregnancy is, then it can indicate a miscarriage has taken place.
Signs of miscarriage include bleeding, cramping, pain, and passing "clots." If you suspect that you are having a miscarriage, you should contact your doctor.

Hydration is the main reason why your urine has a color to it drink water and nothing else entire day and you will pee clear as water, because water has no additional stuff that other stuff we drink in nutrition facts like sugars sodium in sodas and lemonades, So if you pee brown that's bad and you might have a heat stroke, yellow you might be hydrated because you drinked like 2 sodas but your body doesnt get anything good out of it so color is yellow because you drinked all the junk that does no good to hydrating your body. Clear is you body is happy and very well hydrated, go run 2 miles and you wont be out of breath. :D

if the antibiotics were prescribed by a doctor that knew you are pregnant then i would say it must be okay
but if not you should probably call your doctor and ask them, better safe than sorry.... i know that when i read my prescriptions... yeah i read all the side effects/precautions I'm a nerd.. there is usually always a part that says, if you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant, could be pregnant or are breast feeding please consault ur doctor...

It is the control line. Meaning that the test is valid. If there is no line that means the test is bad so use another. If the blue line shows it means the test is good. The blue line DOES NOT mean you are pregnant.

If you have your period, you are not pregnant. If you are one of the "one in a million" women who experience bleeding like a normal period in your first trimester, the hpt would show up positive by the time you have had your period. It is not "one in a million" women that have a normal-like period while pregnant. i have heard from a LOT of women who have had them. one woman i know had a period every month for 4 months and was pregnant. do not listen to the answer above this! that is not true. if you think you could be pregnant, but your HPT says negative, either wait a week, or go to your OBGYN. :)

It should also be added this is for preventing a pregnancy only. You should still abstain or use a condom if you are not in a monogomous relationship to prevent the infection and spread of STDs and AIDS.
Start charting your fertility cycle via body temperature and cervical mucus. There are also ovulation prediction kits available at most pharmacies.

maybe there wasnt enough pregnancy hormone in your urine. the first urine of the morning is the best one to detect if this hormone is presant. but i suggest you see a doctor because if your not pregnant there may be something else wrong! good luck.

Answertesting too early, using diluted urine, erratic technique, and waiting too long to read the results are some of the causes i can think of off the top of my head.
