You can greet a judge by calling him or her a judge. You can also call them Mr. or Mrs.

Neither. Women no longer are required to reveal their marital status by using special titles. The use of Ms. evolved in the twentieth century and serves the same purpose as Mr. for people who prefer to begin a name with a title.

jr simply means junior such as Martin Luther King jr. It means a man shares the same name as his father (it is rarely used for women) and is used to distinguish between them. On his father's death a man will usually drop the Jr tag.

To ask a quistion in a letter then you can say "Dear,blah blah i wanted to know if you could answer this quistion blah blah blah thank you ever so much and i hope you have a great year!"

Do address to "The Honorable" but Do NOT put Mr. or Ms. (and certainly not Mrs.) on the salutation after Dear when addressing someone who has been voted to the US Senate or House of Representatives. Use their title, such as Senator, Congressman/Congresswoman or Representative followed by their last name.
