You are probably fine. I am not a doctor so I can not give you medical advice. When I graduated from High school I was 5'2" and under 100 lbs. When I was your age I was similar in stature to what you are. I went to a doctor and asked why was I so small. He looked at me funny and asked if I was on drugs? After high school I began to grow. Currently I stand 6'2" It took a few years to gain the height- say 5 or 6. I gained weight too. By the time I was thirty I weighed in the order of 170 lbs. For various reasons I now weigh in the order of 250 lbs but would prefer to be lighter. I now have what is called a large frame which means carrying 200 - 220 lbs would be close to normal. What will happen to you is impossible to say. From where you stand you may think you are small - which apparently you are. But this does not limit you from gaining normal or superior stature over time. You are only just below average for your age so don't worry you have years to grow yet. You will probably end up just the same height as all your friends who are now towering over you.
