A true anaphylactic reaction to the vaccination would occur within about 1-10 minutes after being given the vaccination and there would be swelling such as in the facial area. If that occurs, then you should take your Yorkie back to the Vet immediately. If your pet did have a true anaphylactic reaction shown by swelling, then next time you vaccinate, ask your Veterinarian to leave out the Lepto part of the Vaccination and carefully monitor her or him for the next 1/2 hour before you leave. If you are really concerned call your Veterinarian now. But I think if your Yorkie is just shaking and no other symptoms, she or he is just upset by the Doctor visit. Get your Yorkie out more. Take daily walks with him or her on leash. Take more car rides where your pet ends up at a happy place or even at the Vets, but you just walk in and visit and then leave. In the first place, you cannot get rabies from a kitten unless it has rabies. If it is healthy, you have nothing to worry about. In the second place, it is very unlikely bacteria would have survived the trip from the kitten's tongue to its fur to your hand. And third, the mosquito bite is not an open wound (unless you have really scratched it open) that would allow bacteria to enter your body.

A rabies vaccine for rabbits, does not exist. Rabies will kill a rabbit, like it does a bat. The chance of being attacked and bitten by a crazed rabbit, is very low. There is no $$$ in finding a rabbit rabies vaccine.
