The largest animal that lives in the Amazon Rainforest is the Jaguar. However, the largest animal that lives in the Amazon River is the Black Caiman.

The American Sycamore tree is one of the easiest trees to grow. The sycamore is a large rotten tree which grows between 75" and 100" tall. The sycamore should only be planted as a single yard specimen or in non-premium places. The tree can grow under nearly any condition so it doesn't require any protection.

• Severe climate changes can affect trees in the rainforest.
• Floods can rip out trees and cause landslides.
• Droughts can kill trees. The Amazon Rainforest had a serious drought in 2005 and many trees died. Then in 2010 it suffered an even more serious drought. The dead and rotting trees release all their carbon into the atmosphere, and, of course, don't absorb carbon ever again.
• Rainforest animals may struggle to live if they cannot adapt to a different climate. If animals become extinct this will mean other species will overpopulate.

since people are being born everyday,they will need more space to build houses so they chop down the wood from the rainforest to live. This is called 'logging'. Due to logging, animals are on step closer to becoming extinct.

Without mountain uplift or erosion, Earth's surface would be much flatter and smoother overall. There would be no peaks, valleys, or rugged terrain like we see today. The surface would likely be uniform and low-lying, with no dramatic changes in elevation.

Rainforests do receive a lot of rain, but it does not rain every single day. Rainfall patterns can vary depending on the specific location and time of year. Some periods may experience daily rain while others may have extended dry spells.

Java is located below the equator, making it a part of the southern hemisphere.

To the equator. Imagine that you are right at the very center of the earth. As you look through to the earth's surface, you see that as you turn left or right the equator is perfectly, exactly straight ahead. That is zero degrees latitude. As you scan upward you will measure degrees keeping your view of the equator as your base. Half way between the equator and 'straight up' will be 45 degrees north latitude (along with every other point on the circle you can draw parallel to the equator. The north pole, straight up, is 90 degrees north latitude. Again, starting with zero at the equator, you can measure south until you reach the south pole, straight down, at 90 degrees south latitude.

Most orangutans do live in tropical rain forests. Orangutans can be found living in regions of Malaysia, Sumatra, and Indonesia.

The tallest tree on earth is a coast redwood (Sequoia sempervirens) named Hyperion, located in Redwood National Park, California. It stands at 379.7 feet (115.7 meters) tall and is estimated to be around 600-800 years old.

Most rainforests live near the eqautor

They do not 'live' there they are found there and they actually only live on the LOW ground of the equator not the HIGH ground, like the east African plateau.

Some regions that receive a small amount of rain are deserts, such as the Sahara in Africa and the Atacama in South America. Other examples include polar regions, like Antarctica, and certain parts of Australia. These areas often have arid or semi-arid climates with little precipitation.

The depletion rate of South American rainforests due to harvesting varies, but it is estimated that around 1-2% of the Amazon rainforest is being lost each year. Deforestation for activities like logging, agriculture, and infrastructure development contributes to this depletion. Efforts are being made to reduce this rate through conservation measures and sustainable practices.
