1. Make sure that your engine is "overnight" cool.

5. With coolant drained remove the hose clamp from the end of the radiator, bottom passenger side. I find this most easily done with a pair of vise-grips. Lock them on and you are free to move the clamp and hose as needed.

6. Repeat same for top hose and expansion tank hose.

7 with all hoses.disconnected, return to bottom of radiator and on each end you will find a nut securing the radiator to the frame. (10mm I believe) remove both.

8. once this is done, assuming you first removed top fan cowling and unclipped the shroud (best to leave shroud hanging around fan as you will have to break it to remove in advance of radiator removal) the radiator is unattached except for the rubber bushes at each end on the top.

9. With a firm "juggle and pull" you should sense your radiator break free to slide up and out of its frame like bread from a toaster.

10. Replace simply in reverse order.

A couple additional suggestions, replace all your hoses, flush your engine thoroughly, as well as the new radiator prior to reconnection. If doing it on the skinny, at the very least replace your expansion tank hard line. If any type of stop leak or other mechanic in a bottle was used due to overheating etc, I also suggest replacing the expansion tank.
