It's in the fuse panel in the rear compartment behind the right hand storage cover. Pull the right hand panel upward and then remove the storage bin. the cover that forms the wall on the right hand side also lifts out. The fuse you want is at the far end of the bottom row. 20 AMP.

Unfortunalety not! However there are a couple of vendors that make a third row for the Range Rover. It would seat the third row passengers in reverse looking out the back window. You can research the companies but I do think you can get a folding split bench that seats 2 or a bench that does not fold and seats 3.

dO you mean the cylinder head torque ? if so it is 50 ft. lbs. then turn another 90 degrees. Always start from the center and work outward in a criss cross pattern.

If it is a petrol landrover it needs 3 things, fuel, compression, spark. Not starting will be one of these missing so need to check that each is present starting with the easiest first - fuel and spark.. the absence of one of these is specific to the model of landrover so too long to go into here. The answer can go on in that you may have all three but the fuel air mixture is wrong or the spark occurs at the wrong time. but the above 3 are always a start point. A diesel requires fuel and compression but again the latter part of the petrol answer also applies. You do have the key in the ignition, right?

Think you mean HSE, the difference is not much the vogue is meant to have more accessories but virtually and practically the same but I know that the new 2011 range rovers do not come as a vogue they come as hse and not vogue.
