Why is your Sky DigiBox not turning to a green light and your remote is okay?
My Sky DigiBox is like broken... My remote can detect the DigiBox and makes a red light (right side) but the other light (left light) for if the sky channel should show or not will never go green. I re-connected everything took out the wires of the DigiBox and re-attached them but nothing happens. It just stays the same.
Please help me.

Address Remote to TV/Other Devices
- While at the device location (TV, etc), point the remote at the device. Press and hold the device button on the remote (TV, Aux, etc). - All four mode buttons should light up
- Enter the three-digit remote control code - The mode button (TV, Aux, etc.)you selected should light up
- Press the Pound (#) button - The mode button you are programming should flash three times
- Press the large, red POWER button - The device should turn off

1. Press the SYSTEM INFO button on the front panel of your receiver. Avoid accessing the "System Info" screen using the remote control, as this could cause re-addressing both impacted remotes. - Note the remote address shown in the UHF remote address box
2. Press and hold the SAT mode button on your remote until all of the mode buttons light up - All four mode buttons should light up
3. Use the number pad on your remote to enter a remote address between 1 and 16, not including the address you originally noted in Step 1 - The SAT button should light up
4. Press the POUND (#) button - The SAT button should flash 3 times
5. Press the RECORD button - If the steps are successful, the number entered in Step 4 should display on the "System Info" screen
6. Select "Done" to close the "System Info" screen
