How can a cosigner get out of a collection from a car reposession?
I don't think you can. You are stuck. That's what it means to cosign. If the person doesn't pay they have you to pay.
How do you finance a car with bad credit?
Sometimes you can still finance a car from a dealer with poor credit but with a higher interest rate. There are also independent car lots that will finance a car for you. The only drawbacks from an independent car lot is they usually charge more interest and down payment.
Who authorizes privately own vehicles on the flight line?
In general, the Operations Manager of an airport or a designee has oversight of POV's on the flight line. Airports almost universally have procedures and operational plans that cover, or limit, actually, access to the flightline, including vehicles (with perhaps only the smallest airports being excepted). A charter service will be allowed to put a limo alongside a Leer to drop off or pick up some VIP's. But it's obvious that Billy Bob's Towing rig won't be allowed on the flight line so he can drop off his sister's pizza because she can't leave her work fueling aircraft to go get it. Note that a lot of activity like this is runs under Federal authority. If you happen to make a wrong turn and go through a gate that was left open, and then find yourself on the flight line by accident, expect to be talked to by the US Marshall and/or the FBI. The local sheriff will probably be taking a back seat on this one -- at least 'til the Feds are convinced it really was a mistake and not a homeland security issue. Then all you'll have to deal with is those lightweight issues of trespass and such. A number of private individuals or companies who rent or lease space at a local airport or airpark will be able to put a POV on the tarmac, and they have the right to do that as part of their agreement regarding use. (What good is a private air shipping service if you can't run a pick 'em up truck alongside something like a twin Beech to load some critical machine parts for immediate delivery across the state?) But individuals will be driving privately owned vehicles on the flightline under strict guidelines.
How much does it cost a dealership to pay a repo company to repo your car?
It depends, usually the repo man will come to the dealerships and tell them a price they'll repo a car for. The company I work for charges roughly $150 a car, but if we have to go unusually for to get the car the price goes up accordingly. Like if we have to fly out of state to get a car the dealership pays for the plane ticket plus a few hundred.
The car has, or will have excessive and premature underbody rust.
The carpets and seats will smell like mold and could be a health concern.
The engine could have some long-term damage.
I wouldn't even think about purchasing this, personally
Well you can actually get many cars for that price. I suggest doing some research, I wouldent suggest new because even with a price tag of 9999 there are going to be taxes and fees n such.
Many good used cars out there for under 10K.
Good luck
(or you can buy my car, it blows smoke so people dont ride your a$$ XD )
How long before a vehicle can be repossessed?
This will usually be stated in the contract you sign when financing the vehicle. Some places, especially the "Bad Credit/No Credit" lots will attempt to repossess in as little as one day after payment is due. I don't see any financier letting it go for longer than 4 months with no payment be for they file for repossession.
The terms of the loan are between the bank, and you and your cosigner. To remove the cosigner, the bank would have to agree to pay off the loan and issue a new loan in your name only. Since the value of the car has probably decreased faster than you are paying down the loan, it is unlikely that there is any credit being generated.
Can you register vehicle in co-owners name in Nj?
No, you cannot. A New Jersey registration will only show the first & initial owner of the vehicle.
This makes no sense. If an owner has a contingent offer accepted with a Right of First Refusal and he gets another offer that is satisfactory, he then goes back to the person who has the Right of First Refusal and tells them to step up or get off.
If they decline, then he can sell to offer #2 since contract one should be notified that their offer has been terminated by the Seller.
When you lease do you pay interest on the price of the car?
The interest is calculated on the purchase price (not the msrp or the difference between the price and the residual) so negotiate as big a discount as you can to pay less interest.
Seeing that there is a "Lein Holder" (the financing company that you went through) on the registration, whatever is owed on the vehicle will be paid off first and if there is any funds left (which I doubt there would be as most cars that are financed are "Upside down" in their loan - meaning that you owe more on the car than it is worth) I know it sucks! I went thru this many years ago, but I was lucky or the finance manager felt sorry for me. I had the car 1 month and it caught on fire while my husband was driving it. It took them forever to handle the claim. First they denied the claim stating that he was "driving it" when it caught on fire and he wasn't on the policy. Well, first of all the car didn't catch on fire till after he had parked it and went up the street to call me from the payphone (this was way before cell phones were thought about. So I had to get a letter from the fire dept. stating that the car was legally parked, doors locked etc. Then they finally sent an adjuster out to look at it (mind you it took them 4 months from the day it caught on fire till they got an adjuster out there. He opened the car door, looked like he was going to puke and checked off "TOTALLED" on the paperwork (because it was sitting soooo long with all that water that the fire dept. had poured inside there was mold and mildew all over. So anyway, the finance company took what the insurance company paid as payment in full as I hadn't even made my first payment on it. Hope this helps!
yes you do if you have proof but you would have to have a lawyer
you will have to try and notify them to come get it and keep all records of phone calls and letters sent to them letters must be certified if they do not come get it after all this and at least 30 days it is safe to say it is yours and they would have to take you to court try and get it back and at that point you could charge them storage fee

Take 165 multiplied by 24 you get 3,960 ( 165 X 24 = 3960) Now take 3960 subtract 3438 ( 3960 - 3438 = 522 ) YOU would save 522 if you paid in cash.

It depends on the policy and your credit rating. Some insurance companies allow you to pay monthly, in advance, for your insurance. Many want 3 to 6 months in advance.
