You are severely in debt and you would like to start paying things off How do you go about finding all the people you owe money to?

Request a free copy of your credit report from all three reporting agencies. You are allotted one free report per year from each agency. The service above only gives an abridged copy of each report. By going to each reporting agency, you will get complete reports.

Can both a judgment lien be placed on home and wages garnished at the same time in Colorado?

As always I would suggest you do some of the footwork yourself insofar as research.

In New Jersey, once they obtain the judgment against an individual they then go after the debtors wages. Once the judgment is paid in full, it can be marked satisfied and filed with the courts. The judgment (here in jersey) is entered, which starts the ball rolling towards garnishing an individuals wages.

Once it's paid off, the attorney can file a Warrant to Satisfy Judgment, and they should remove the lien. At least this is my understanding of it.

Once it's paid, make sure to get a copy of the filed documents stating that the judgment was paid and that it's free and clear. If you were to buy a house later they do a judgment search and you'll have to prove that it was paid before closing.

What are the Repossession laws in Alberta can?

they are different if you finance than when you lease. when you lease and get behind on your payments (usually 3 months) the bank will ask you to either catch up with your payment or they will send a bailif (civil enforcment-sherriff's department most likely) to get the car from you but he can't breach the peace for example if you start arguing with him and say he can not take the car then they have to file a civil claim and with court judgment they can enforce it. but if you give up the car you will be liable for the rest of the payments that you signed in the contract. if you finance it's the same thing they can only enforce it with a court order or take the vehicle only if you agree and comply but only between 6am and 10pm and without breaching the peace. once the vehicle is reposessed you're NOT going to be sued for the difference once they have the car you are cleared from the loan. you will gat a paper saying that once the car is reposessed the claim against you is satisfied and you're all free! please ask if you have any questions i just went through repo couple weeks ago and i know all the laws and procedures (I've been driving my car for 8 months before they found me)

How do you repossess an auto?

I have an employee that I assigned a car to, registered in his name. I will be terminating him prior to the car being paid off by company that has a value still owned of 7500.00. I am lien holder on the title. Can I take this car back during termination, as we he will no longer work for the company.

Get legal advice as to how to do this properly. You may need a signature from him at the time of termination. Then, get some advice on how to sensibly set this up for future employees. Just as a fellow person, I am not sure about how the registration made sense.

Probably. In most states, bailiffs and others licensed to do reposessions are permitted to use all means except force to effect a siezure. Also, once a reposession order has been granted, the vehicle is technically no longer your property. In some cases, you can even be charged with theft for fleeing from a Repo person.
