I have Rheumatoidarthritis and what you describe here sounds like the inflammation I get in my fingers from time to time. I would suggest that you see your doctor and get checked out. Inflamation of the joints needs to be treated with an anti inflammatory to stop or at least reduce damage done to them. Left untreated serious damage can be done to joints.
