That depends - on how the dog has been trained (if at all). many people get large dogs, and never bother training it to get it to understand what's acceptable behaviour - then they panic when the dog turns on a family member (or other pet) ! Even domesticated dogs will revert back to their wild instincts if they're not conditioned on how to behave in a domestic environment. With the right training - any dog can fit into a family home, and co-exist with other animals. It's never the dogs fault it turns bad - it's the owners who don't bother to trainthem !

I'm afraid it is just a Rottweiler, Shepherd mix. You could give it a fancy name if you like. For example if someone crosses an Akita with a Rottweiler, they call it a Rokita, but it will always be a mix what ever you call it. Be sure you don't pay over the odds for a designer dog, they are just mixed breeds with a fancy price tag.

Well it really depends on the breed. Some breeds like great danes for example can have ten to thirteen and others such as bull dogs have one or two. But the average for most dogs or mutts in about 4-7. :)

Getting a Rottweiler isn't for the faint hearted, as they are a very strong willed breed. Often owners who have no experience with large breeds, will find they have more of a problem due to their lack of experience, then end up blaming the dog; Also from not researching which dog breed would better suit their lifestyle.

Apart from that, with correct socialisation, and training, these dogs make fantastic family pets, they are big hearted and extremely loyal.

Who cares!?! You should never have that first fight with your dog. It is cruel to the dog. Your dog should be obedience trained and well socialized if you care about it.

It depends I have 2 one looks more rot then bc so he is more aggressive the other is more bc so he is more kind and playful. So it depends

i once had a boxer dog and he had bald patches we got worried and went to the vets we were told that he had seasonal alapesha which basically means they malt alot and lose ALOT of fur but, in most cases the fur grows back good luck p.s if my advice doesn't work i suggest you go and see a specialist

what a sick question, its apauling somebody would ask such a question that's disturbing that somebody would want to know. the answer is if the gsd dodged the first rotty bite and got the rotty from behing the rotty would be a gonna but what kind of sick person would want to know that.

Rottweiler wins. I can't imagine a gsd wich is beat the rottweiler.

Give it puppy food make sure the has meat listed first,and get a dog food that has no meat by products,wheat,soy, and most important no corn.Buy your dog food at a pet store or a feed and seed and always read label first.Never give a dog human food.

Tail docking is banned in the UK, and in some other countries, check the law for your country, otherwise you could have charges of animal cruelty brought against you.

Docking should always be done by a veterinarian.

Rottweilers have the potential to be great pets and love their owners a great deal. I have a two year old rott myself and she is just a love bucket waiting to crawl into your lap (yes my 80 pound dog thinks she is a laptop). Like with any other dog, you ave to bring up your dog right to make it a good pet. Make sure to socialize your animals with lots of people and other animals. Start obedience training early, before the dog it too big to handle. use a system of positive reinforcement so your dog is not scared of you. You want your dog to respect you, not be scared. A scared dog is a high risk dog.

Most breeders do not tend to remove the front dewclaws, however they do have rear dewclaws removed as per the breed standard. Dew claws are normally removed within the first few days as a pup, this must be done by a veterinarian. As with all dogs they can catch them, which can be very painful, or they can become overgrown, consulting a veterinarian in these situations is the best way forward, they may suggest having them removed which will require sedation. Most rottweilers are born with just the front dewclaws, however rear dewclaws are quite common.
