First, you must either grow an ear of corn from seed or buy an ear from Costolot's General Store. Then, you must go to Bart's Exchange. Buy a tinker (preferably a gold one, if you can afford it) and place it on the ear of corn. Bart will then visit your garden and tinker the corn into bread.
