Ham and cheese provides a serving from the meat (recommended three serving per day) and dairy group. (recommended three servings per day) I don't know if you would consider it healthy, but it is healthier than eating a candy bar. It is also a tasty snack and is good on a sandwich.

i would get at least 70 of each, because you never know how many people will want what and you want to have enough for everyone

There are so many types of sandwiches but here is a few for a starter: BLT, Double-decker, Club, Monte Cristo, Ruben and pita bread sandwiches. I hope this helps but I am sure that there are many more that I can't recall. If we're looking at types, perhaps cut, open, rolled and filled would fit the bill. If we're looking at kinds, maybe raw, grilled, steamed, baked, and broiled?

the orange provide the food source and if you sealed your sandwich bag it would provide a little "greenhouse" for your mold by trapping water vapour (higher humidity) and keeping the temperature warm (if theres light shining on it)

It depends on how he asked you. If he ordered you to get him a sandwich he may be trying to control your relationship and you need to express how you feel about it. If he asked you nicely and you have the time you may want to do it and tell him in a joking way that you expect him to make sandwiches as well. If you are all ready making a sandwich and he asked for one there is nothing wrong with that. So, as you can see it depends on the situation and your feelings about it.

Yes, the egg in mayonnaise will go bad. Regular Mayo needs to be in the fridge so one can with reasonable certainty guess that even with the addition of lime juice it should be in the fridge.

However, the addition of the lime juice may affect the storage life. The lower pH may allow it to stay good for a little longer. Acidic foods are less likely to grow really harmful things (which is why people rarely get botulism from sauerkraut). Or conversely, the stray lime pulp and any bacteria/fungi picked up while squeezing the lime (like if you touch the inside of it or let the juice drip over your fingers) might help the mayonnaise to go bad sooner.
