Value will be determined by how well it looks over a fireplace. Normally from $100 to $250.

This brand name was retailed by Richardson-Conover Hardware of Kansas City. Rev O Noc is Conover spelled backward.

Does it say "Mass" or "Massachusetts" Arms?

Since it has a serial number, it was made after 1968. They were made at least through the 1990's, but I know of no source of serial number dating info for recent H&R guns. * Harrington & Richardson manufactured the shotgun in 1974.

I've just agree to buy one from a friend. It seems they show up from time to time. I've seen a few at the C&G guns shows that travel the south. Why do you want one? Almost any Ranger, Western Field, JC Higgins, or Riverside box-lock double will be identical to a Springfield. All are made by Savage/Stevens and many are even marked with the same Stevens model numbers.

It has only shooter's value. There is no real collector interest.

The age of the Savage Model 9478 .410 shotgun depends on the serial number and could date back as far as 1960. The value varies with condition, but in good condition this shotgun sells for about 100 dollars.

There were 61,000 made between 1913 and 1932. 6406 would fall around 1915 if they built 3000 each year.

Crescent made millions of single shot shotguns marked with hundreds of different trade names from 1892 to 1931. There are no records available to determine the exact age of any particular gun. Value is minimal - $20 if it is busted or rusted, maybe $120 if it is almost unused.

Your Fox Sterlingworth was made in 1935 by Savage Arms Co. of Utica, N.Y. A.H. Fox originally made its guns in Philadelphia until @ 1930. The 1930-1942 Savage production guns are worth nearly as much as the A.H. Fox made guns. The recent B series guns are just not in the same league. As with all collector guns, value is dependent upon (original) condition. In 98%, a 12 ga Sterlingworth is booked at $1475; and $300 in 10%. Add 33% for auto ejectors and/or 25% for single trigger. This is one that should be taken to a reputable dealer for examination and appraisal.

It is a Savage/Stevens Model 94, and the barrel has been cut off. Value is minimal.

There were many thousands of the Shapleigh King Nitro 16 Gauge with a double barrel. For the most part, they are worth about $50 to $100 depending on mechanical and finish condition.

Generally, you can't. If you can identify the model, you can determine the years in which it was manufactured, and sometimes narrow that down by variations in the model's specifications.

If fully functioning and in usable condition but not like-new, it should retail between $100 and $200.

In good, usable condition, the firearm in question could fetch a good, usable amount of money.

If marked with that version of the company name, it was made sometime between 1886 and 1916. I doubt if anyone can get you much closer than that.

Its value is strictly based on the quality of the gun. The Iver Johnson name will not sell it as the original co. went out of business years ago. Recent products under its name were not original or authentic designs. Diamond Arms was one of the many house brand names used by Crescent Arms, which went out of business in 1932. Manufacture records have been lost, and dating is impossible.

I have a Diamond Arms Company 12 gauge single shot. The serial number is QT 585. My dad purchased it in 1923. I thought that he ordered it from a Montgomery Ward company catalog. Looking at some of the other postings make me believe it may have been Sears & Roebuck. In any case my shotgun should have been manufactured somewhere near or in 1923.
