A stove is not typically classified as a compound machine; it is primarily a single machine designed for cooking. However, some stoves may incorporate multiple components, such as burners, ovens, and controls, which work together. While these components can be seen as individual simple machines, the overall stove is generally considered a complete appliance rather than a compound machine.
How many types of Muslim are there?
there are 73 different types of Muslims.
some of these major groups are
sunni
shia
bahi
sufi
mirzai
wahabi
Alawites
and many other small Muslim groups which have not being recognised world wide
Truth is ONLY ONE. 2+2=4. No other answer. The Muslims have many sects as have the Jews and the Christians. A True Muslim is he who follows the teacings of Islam-the holy Qur'an and certified Sunna and Hadith, and the way the holy Companions (RAU) followed, without interpreting the Qur'an and Hadith according to his own inclination, wish or prejudice.
Note: The Mizais are NOT Muslims. They follow their false prophet Mirza Ghulam Ahmad. They don't consider the real Muslims as Muslims. So, the Muslims don't consider anybody who believes that there is another Prophet after the last Propphet Hazrat Muhammad (SAW). There have been false claiments of Prophethood even during and immediately after the ife of Hazrat Muhammad (SAW). THe Muslims fought against them (Museelma Kazzab and others) and put them to sword.
Why friction and windage loss for an induction motor remain constant with change of stator voltage?
Because the RPM remains same
Is a butter churn a lever or a simple machine?
A lever *is* a simple machine. Since you are simply pumping the plunger up and down, you are not applying leverage.
How do you use vintage adjustable buttonhole scissors?
Buttonhole scissors have an adjustable screw that limits the length of a single cut. To use the scissors, first practice on a piece of scrap fabric. With a fabric marker or other pen, draw a line on the fabric that matches the length of the buttonhole desired. Slowly cut along the line until reaching the end, then tighten the set screw. Practice making a few more cuts, loosening or tightening the set screw as needed to calibrate the maximum length of cut the scissors will make.

Most buttonhole scissors have a notch near the hinge that will allow fabric to pass through and remain uncut.
The pair of button hole scissors I own has a measuring scale on the lower blade so it is easy to adjust the screw to set your cut. On a shirt you want the button holes to go in a top to bottom cut line. You mark the midpoint of all your holes and make a fold at a right angle to the line of your cut on that midpoint. Then you cut on the fold so that you are cutting through 2 layers but when you are done and unfold you have 1 straight cut. Since mine are marked with a scale, if I set it at 1/4 inch then when I unfold the fabric I have a 1/2 inch cut.
Are there only 2 simple machines?
Yes. There actually are only 2 types of simple machines. Even though textbooks or other websites may say there are 6, there are really only 2. Those resources are probably going to say that the types of simple machines are inclined planes, wheel & axle, wedge, screw, lever, and pulleys. The reason why there are only 2 is because simple machines are grouped into twodifferent "families". The lever "family" and the inclined plane "family". The wheel & axle and the pulley both work on the same principles as the lever, while the wedge and screw are inclined planes. Now your probably wondering how that works. Well, if you unraveled a screw (which is not possible, but IF you did) you would get an inclined plane. While a wedge is really just two inclined planes put together. How a pulley is a wheel & axle is pretty hard to understand so read carefully. If you take the top part of a pulley off (because you don't need it) and cut the bottom part off of the pulley (because if you made the rope go in the middle of the whole pulley and were able to cut the bottom off) you would get something that looked like an wheel & axle. It really is a wheel & axle! So really all of those seemingly different types of simple machines are just 2 simple machines.
Where should the fulcrum effort be placed to easily lift the load resistance?
As close to the load as possible. Note that the closer to the load the fulcrum is placed, the shorter the lift that can be effectuated by the use of the lever.
How do label a simple machine?
To label a simple machine, first identify its main components, such as the load, effort, and fulcrum (for levers), or the wheel and axle, or inclined plane features. Use clear, concise labels and arrows to indicate the direction of force and movement. Make sure the labels are placed near the relevant parts for clarity and ease of understanding. Finally, ensure that the labels are legible and appropriately sized in relation to the diagram.
What is the simple machines is escalator?
there are several simple machines in an elevator, some of which may be identified as the well known pulley system. also there are wheels and axles.
Who can use this simple machine?
A simple machine can be used by anyone, regardless of age or skill level, as they are designed to make work easier. Common examples include levers, pulleys, and inclined planes, which can be utilized in various everyday tasks by children, adults, and even the elderly. They are often found in tools and equipment that aid in lifting, moving, or applying force. Ultimately, their accessibility and functionality allow a wide range of individuals to benefit from their use.
Where did they use enigma machine?
The Enigma machine was primarily used by Nazi Germany during World War II for encrypting military communications. It allowed for secure transmission of messages between military units and command centers, making it a crucial tool for operational security. The Allies, particularly the British at Bletchley Park, worked to decrypt Enigma-encoded messages, significantly impacting the war's outcome.
