You call the number but then there are MANY hoops you must jump through such as Notarized letters, photo copies of the back of the phone, valid ID, then a 30 day waiting period. Of course, the daily phone call will be seen as obsessive. More calls than that is borderline stalkerish.
On the other hand, if you leave one message and they don't call you back, I would move on. That's just really disrespectful.
In other words, if you feel you're calling them too much, you probably are. Or you can try asking them directly how they feel. Hopefully, they can be honest with their reply.
