Some computers need a 200 to 500 dollar program for spore to work (SORRY I FORGOT THE NAME OF THE PROGRAM) or you have to take you're computer apart and reinstall the game (WARNING: THIS DELETES ANYTHING YOU DID ON YOU'RE COMPUTER AND DELETES YOU SPORES!) Or you have a virus on you computer which can be caused by google sites sometimes or some cheat engines or other things. Like the original thing called Z-brush caused my dad to re-build his computer from a broken z-brush program (z-brush is safe to use now).

Get them to attack another races colony, when they win they gain that planet/system. Use monolith on a T3 planet and do same thing tell the race to attack it.

The 3rd rock from sol is just earth- hence SOLar system- to find it you just look for the arm of the galaxy with what appears to have a spot or something on the end of the arm near the inside part of it then, some where near the middle of that arm is sol (near the middle segment pointing near the end of the arm- hope this helps! When you get the staff of life you get around 30 usages. It can be used on any planet to fully make it safe for 3 colonies and it automatically fills in all the plants and animals. Use it carefully.

The aquatic stage is, as of right now, not totally confirmed by maxis. It is believed that there will be an expansion pack sometime in the future (2011??) that will update aquatic stage. Hopefully, it will also include the bot/Mech pack for those of us that maxis didn't decide to give the bot/Mech pack to. So for right now, there is no way.
