Where are mushrooms spores produced?
The spores are produced inside the cap on the surfaces of the structures called the gills as the mushroom grows. When the mushroom fully matures, the canopy opens and a little piece of the mushroom underneath the cap called the veil tears. This exposes the gills that by then are fully covered with spores, which can now fall out and propagate more mushrooms.
The way people collect the spores are they take the cap off right when the veil breaks and press the cap against aluminum foil or plastic wrap to allow the spores to collect into a "spore print."
Can you create your own planet on spore?
There is but it's got terraforming tool section which you can make into T1 to T3.

You have to go to the act of the creature or item and look at the act button. Click on the act until its blue than right beside the creature or item there should be an eye right beside it. Click on the eye and the item should disappear on that act. It matters about the eye.

You have to put a colony on a planet with purple spice or trade with an empire with purple spice. Purple spice is rare however, so you will need to search around for a purple spice planet.

Where in spore packet can you the find regestration code?
If you bought the SPORE DVD-ROM but lost the serial number card and box call below Electronic Arts customer service number. This may only work if you had originally registered to play the online game with your email address.
Otherwise you'll have to mail in a copy of your receipt to Electronic Arts and pay $10 for a new Spore Code, or buy a whole new DVD-ROM.

Yes you can play without registering. Step 1 download and install spore v1.01 patch, Step 2 download spore v1.01 no CD crack, step 3 go to whereever you have spore installed on your computer and open folder called spore bin. remove the spore app. file that starts your game and place the no CD crack in its place. step 4 make shortcut of your CD crack or just double click and play.

Your spore editor hacks have missing offsets what does that mean?
It means you can't hack that version of the game with that version of the hack. Either change the version of the game or the version of the hack.
