Is bloating gas fatigue cramps and brown discharge symptoms of pregnancy?

Bloating, gas, and cramps can be common symptoms experienced in early pregnancy, but they can also be related to other factors such as hormonal changes or digestive issues. Brown discharge may indicate implantation bleeding, which can occur in early pregnancy, but it can also be a sign of other conditions. If someone suspects they might be pregnant and experiences these symptoms, it’s advisable to take a pregnancy test and consult a healthcare provider for accurate assessment and guidance.

Spotting while on the pill can occur for various reasons, including hormonal fluctuations, missed doses, or the body adjusting to the medication. If you suspect pregnancy or have concerns about unusual spotting, it's best to take a pregnancy test and consult with a healthcare provider for further evaluation.

Is brown discharge normal while on two month provera?

Yes, brown discharge can be normal while taking Provera (medroxyprogesterone), especially as your body adjusts to hormonal changes. This discharge often indicates old blood that is being expelled from the uterus and can occur during or after your period. However, if you experience significant changes, discomfort, or other concerning symptoms, it's best to consult your healthcare provider for personalized advice.

Is it normal to bleed in your second trimester?

It is fairly common. But this does depend on the amount of bleeding you're talking about. Slight spotting is normal. Heavy bleeding is not. If you have any doubts, go to an ER and get examined.

Could you be pregnant if a pregnancy test had a VERY VERY faint line but you still had your period 4 days early?

Your body is pregnant as soon as the sperm fertilizes the egg...however sometimes the egg does not implant on the uterine wall, and therfore you get your period...thats what happened to me. If there is any -even a faint -line your body is producing the pregnancy hormone. Try taking another test, as days go by-the ecg hormone grows-every day, making it easier to detect on a home pregnancy test....if your still not sure go to your doctor or a family planning clinic... so-yes you could very well be pregnant

If you were less than a month pregnant and didn't know it what does it look like to have a miscarriage?

It looks just like a period. You would probably never know.

I wanted to add to this- I believe i had one, and they only reason i believe this was because i would gush blood then it would stop, and at the very beginning of my period i passed a 3 inch blood clot. and when i would bleed it would be very short bleeding followed by a few hours of not bleeding. The blood was also Bright Red at first, then tapered off to brown.

How long does it take for a miscarriage to occur if you started spotting brown a week ago and it just started again and you were told your cervix is closed both times in the ER by a doctor?

Spotting(finding spots of blood on your underpants or toilet tissue after urinating) or bleeding is sometimes the first sign of miscarriage. Keep in mind, though, that spotting is common early in pregnancy and may or may not be a sign of a problem with the baby. About half of the time, it's a symptom of a miscarriage, an ectopic pregnancy, or a molar pregnancy. If you have any spotting or bleeding, call your doctor or midwife right away so she can determine whether your spotting indicates a potential problem. (If your blood is Rh-negative, you'll need a shot of Rh immunoglobulin within two or three days after you first notice bleeding.) You may also have abdominal pain, which can feel crampy or persistent as well as mild or sharp. Or you may just feel low back pain or pelvic pressure. The cervix is the narrow, tubular, lower end of the uterus that extends into the vagina. (The word cervix means "neck" in Latin.) When you're not pregnant, the cervical canal remains open a tiny bit to allow sperm to enter the uterus and menstrual blood to flow out. Once you become pregnant, secretions fill the canal and form a protective barrier called the mucous plug. During a normal pregnancy, the cervix remains firm, long, and closed until late in the third trimester. At that point it usually starts to soften, efface (grow shorter), and dilate (open up) as your body prepares for labor.

You have been pregnant for 4 weeks had blackish minimal bleeding from 2 days ago lasted for 1 hour now having closed cervix and dry and there is no bleeding at all what is the blackish bleeding?

This sounds a lot like implantation bleeding. While an EPT has detected hcg levels in your urine, indicating pregnancy, it usually takes between 6-14 days for the embryo to implant in your uterus. For many women, they mistake it for their period/ miscarriage (if you already know you are pregnant). I have had 2 miscarriages and the bleeding was heavy, bright red and accompanied by clots and cramps. I am pregnant again (8 weeks) and this time I had implantation bleeding right around my period time (approx 4 weeks). It was dark and minimal, lasting only about 30 mins. I just had my first fetal ultrasound and I have a healthy baby with a heartbeat! So don't worry too much. The only thing you can do at this point is wait it out, perhaps take another EPT in a few days or get your hcg levels taken by your doctor, and hope for the best.

If you had an early miscarriage 3 weeks ago and had a vaginal ultrasound and the pregnancy was over and now you have bright red blood and mucus is this part of the miscarriage or is it your period?

if this is the only bleed you have had since the miscarriage then it is just your body getting rid of whats left in the womb. bleeding after a miscarriage can and usually does last up to a month so dont worry until it goes on longer than that. The thick red mucus is just the thickened lining of the womb where it thickened to accomodate the baby. try not to worry. a midwife

Is it normal to have spotting at 19 weeks?

It's not normal but it can happen and doesn't necessarily mean anything bad. I spotted for the first 4 months and again at 23 weeks. So far my baby is ok. You need to go and get checked out at the hospital.

Call your midwife or go straight to the antenatal clinic - there should be a day assessment clinic or early pregnancy clinic that can see you very quickly. They will probably monitor the baby's heartrate or so a scan.

Brown spotting is less worrying than red blood, but you need to get it checked out.
