Sri Lanka is telephone country code +94 (dialed as 00 94 from many places), and numbers beginning with +94 7 are mobile phones. However, +94 79 is an unused range, so it is an invalid number (as of Oct. 2012).

(The plus sign means "insert your international access prefix here." From a GSM mobile phone, you can enter the number in full international format, starting with the plus sign. The most common prefix is 00, but North America (USA, Canada, etc.) uses 011, Japan uses 010, Australia uses 0011, and many other countries use different prefixes.)

due to reasons like wars and other envormental reasons. sri lanka, a country with a rich culture is now affected by other cultures like european and american culture. the ways to prevent it will be through schools by teaching and informing the young minds about this which can reinforce the countries culture and continue it without forgetting or destroyig it forever. if this step is not taken there will be a when only 1 or 2 cultures are left mostly the european and american!.
