You don't. Stalking is creepy and illegal. it also causes people to be upset and worried. you may wish to realise that there are a lot of punishments for stalking and it is very likely your stalkee will call the police and you will get restrained or even put in prison, depending on the degree of your stalking behaviour. i would strongly advise that you do not take up stalking someone as there are many other ways of self help etc. that are available to you if you feel the need to do this abnormal behavior.
How do you get rid of a stocker?
My solution that im going to try, is when they are in motion of following me i am going tto turn to them and say STOP this is not ok behavior. Pretmuch i am going to say NO STOP.....lets see if it works?
