NO. Tapeworms eat all of the food in your stomach. Yeah theat can be a way to lose weight, but you have not considered how you would get them out. They grow to be very long and to get them out might be very painful or expensive. Putting anything in your body that is not supposed to be there is always dangerous. The best thing you can do to lose weight is to diet and excercise. Pills often don't work, decieve you, or harm you. It may seem old fashioned, and slow, but diet and excercise is really the healthiest way to lose weight. If you do it right you will lose weight.

tapeworms are passed from individual to individual through fecal material. Thus when another bear goes to the bathroom and then another bear eats it or sniffs it they can get the tapeworm as well
