There is no "best character" but the type i use is a custom class hes a high level here are his stats: Imperial,born under the worrier, with Blade,block,heavy armor, light armor, destruction, and marksman. have fun hope this helps.

The "Vahtacen's Secret" is a quest in which you need to go to an ayleid ruin named Vahtacen. There is an Ancient Elven Helm deep in this ruin which you need to complete this quest. To reach this helm you will need to get past a set of pillars with secret wording on them.

The secret wording basically tells you to hit the pillars with Fire Damage, Frost Damage, Damage Magicka, Fortify Magicka. It must be done in this sequence otherwise you will be zapped by the Dark Welkynd stones and pretty much die.

You have now cracked "Vahtacen's Secret" so get the Helm further inside and go see Skaleel to continue on your quest.

Sadly, no. There i no way to drops coins in oblivon. If you are trying to duplicate it you can't.

You dont get anything but a whole new storyline and a new spell. The storyline is the Knights of the Nine storyline.

There are two ways to get your weapon enchanted or "special." The sigil stones you get from closing oblivion gates have two enchantments on them: an offesive one for your weapon or a defensive one for your armor. If you are the Arch-Mage, then you can use the Altar of Enchanting to enchant your weapon, provided you have a filled soul gem available.

Well there no cretin place you can always find them :( ...your next best bet would be to do Boethia's (daedric prince) quest, a lot of the enemys there have really good stuff...if you don't want to wait that long the next best shock arrow is "stormcall arrow" which can be found in night mothers tome after the dark brotherhood... I have never seen a storm strike arrow yet before but I always get the stormcall arrows... I know for a fact that you have to be a level 18 before you can find storm strike arrows... You need a high disposition with the store keeper and a high merchant skill. If you can make spells, create a spell that charms 100pt on touch for 1 sec and boosts merchant skill 100pt on-self for 1 sec spell. Cast just before speaking to the store keeper, and you will get an option to "invest in the store".
