'coc testinghall' is a command on the PC version. There is no command console for the 360 version, so you can't go to the testinghall.

I don't know about a "bone lockpick", but i know about an infinate one. if you find the nocturnal shrine(shrine of the nocturnal) and complete the task the shrine gives you, it will reward you with an infinate lockpick. you will never have to buy a lockpick again:) hope this helps, ianswergoodones
