Ebony armour can be collected from foes once you get to a higher level. Another way is to accept the Clavicus Vile Daedric Shrine quest (W/SW of the Imperial City). Umbra has a full set of Ebony Armour- the only downside is it says "Umbra's Ebony Greeves," etc. I'm not sure if she always has Ebony no matter what level, but I've played through a few times and she has every time I found her. most enchanted items, in this case the neclace of swords, that you will find in oblivion are random loot meaning that there is no set location

generally random items like that are usually found in containers in dungeons and on npc's such as bandits, marauders, necromancers, and conjurers

You might find them in Dwemer ruins. Or you could increase your Smithing skill and buy the perk that lets you make your own Dwarven items. Or continue levelling up, and they'll appear in shops and the hands of your enemies.

i just beat fable 2 today and i have beat both already they are similar but fable is like a much simpler version while i had fun on fable it was to short and i perfer oblivion alot more.

Money Glitch - Get Illusion magic to Level 50, buy the spell debilitate, have enough magicka to cast it at least once. Go to Imperial Plaza District. Walk forward toward the Dragon Statue and take a right towards the next district. On your immediate left is an Unlocked door going to "Dorien's House". Enter and cast the spell on him. While paralyzed you can access his inventory and select his gold an infinite amount of times going up until 999 thousand. You can't let him die. Using the spell on him will count as an assault, but you can pay the easy 40 gold bounty and get off scott free without any negative repercussion to your fame or increase in Infamy.

Shadowmere glitch - Get shadowmere from dark brotherhood quest line. Increase difficulty to Master while alone with him (and in no external danger). Attack him with any skill that requires an enemy target to level up. Blade, Blunt, Marksmanship, Destruction, etc. You can attack him forever with no chance of retaliation. Infinite experience for those looking to achieve level 100+ in each respective skill.

Rufio Glitch: 100 Sneaking easy. First mission of the dark brotherhood Lucien will request you to assassinate Rufio at the Inn of Ill Omen. Go to Rufio's bedroom and assume the sneaking position. Move in a circle in proximity to Rufio and you will gain massive, quick experience even if stealth is not a major skill. The easiest way to do this (with as little effort as possible) is to put rubber bands around the left and right thumbsticks. The rubber band on the left goes around the left trigger and the right band goes around the right grip of the controller. This way the tension will pull the thumb-sticks Up and right making the character move without constant pressure from your thumbs. All you have to do is relax and make sure the controller doesn't turn off. You will be level 100 in a hour or two max. This also makes the sneaking easier which in turn leads to an easier time acquiring shadowmere and accomplishing the glitch above as well.

Your mercantile skill goes up a little bit every time you sell (not buy) something. Selling stuff in a batch is the same as selling one of the thing. So, wander around the Imperial City and pick as many Fly Amanitas and Sacred Lotuses as you can find (there are lots of Fly Amanitas in the graveyards around the tower in the centre of the city and lots of Sacred Lotuses in the moat surrounding the wall around the inner city), then take them to an alchemy merchant and sell them, one by one. Or collect iron arrows from dungeon crawls and sell them, one by one.
