According to reports the Monday, June 29 episode will feature a clip package and limited new footage. The next new episode is slated to air August 3, 2009. Yes, she could be charged with a number of crimes, including child abuse, child neglect, and corruption of a minor. Parent's can't give permission for someone to break a law. Chances are not high that they would be charged, but you can bet that that 23-year-old is going to be in trouble!

You would have to check your local laws concerning pertinent details but what actually took place (from what is gathered by your question) was between the 12yr and the 23yr. The sister didn't give the permission for sexual intercourse nor did she have anything to do with getting her pregnant what took place was strictly between the 2 involved.

With that said the blame can't be shifted for anothers indiscretion - what is done is done now unfortunately it now lies on how you will deal with this poor 12yr olds future. She needs support and empathy not ridicule and judgement. 3 years ago, when Jon & Kate + 8 was just on TV for a short while, the internet lit up with reports that Kate had been in a Hit and Run.

Kate was driving thru town in the big blue Sprinter Van and hit a parked car and the woman took down the Golkpr1 license plate and reported it.

I mentioned this to a tabloid reporter who investigated it thoroughly and when I talked to her the next time she said that the hit and run talk is all over town, but there is no record of it in police record. However, she said she interviewed several neighbors of the Gosselins who told her that they saw the cops go to Kate's door and heard Kate protesting very aggressively and loudly saying "I didn't stop because I'm a public figure!" and "You can't charge me I'm a public figure!"

Unfortunately at that time Jon and Kate still lived near them, the neighbors did not want to cause waves or problems for the kids so they refused to go on record with the tabloid.
