So I suggest anyone that has a issue to call Toyota and make sure it is documented!

I belive it has two belts one that drives the fan and one for the alternator the adjuster for the fan is on the right side and you need a 12 or 14mm socket and use a 14mm long wrench or socket and ratchet to move the tensioner
