Does a transgender woman dress like a man?
A transgender woman generally dresses as a woman.
Remember, when the word transgender or transsexual is used, the gender specified always refers to what the person believes themselves to be and are presenting themselves to be. It is unwholesome to care what parts any person was born with, and referring to transsexual or transgender women (those who live as women) as men is increasingly being considered hate speech. Referring to someone who is working hard to live as a woman and be accepted as a woman by male pronouns is done with as every bit as much hate as those who use racial slurs.
What sexual organs does a trans - gender have?
The actual definition of transgender is indentifying with a gender other then the biological one. Meaning you believe that you are a the opposite sex. So if you really think about it no. Transgenders are born in the wrong bodies meaning also that they are born with the wrong organs.
It's where either a guy becomes a girl, or a girl becomes a guy. But there's A LOT of surgery you have go through to become what you want to be.
What do women think about crossdressing?
to each their own. I guess it depends on how far a person takes it.
Allow me to speak from experience of a cross-dresser. I can't of course speak for women themselves. As suggested above, the reactions can vary. One woman I know was extremely put off by it, though not to the point of actually cutting off contact with me. By talking it through, I came to understand why she disliked it, and she didn't judge me because of it. Another woman, with whom I was in a long-term relationship, went to the other extreme. She enjoyed it on a regular basis, taking part in the whole process and going out in public with me. She claimed to find it a "bit of fun" and (let's be delicate here) seemed to get a little excited by it. Note of course that we did discuss it openly. When she had concerns, she was free to let me know. And vice versa. She was concerned at first she would be losing her boyfriend, but with a bit of time she saw that this really was not the case at all. Not all women I've been with have been so involved, but most have been understanding to one degree or another, or at least willing to discuss it. Note that I am not a full time cross-dresser by any means - it is simply something I sometimes do for fun more than any other reason. However honesty and trust seems to be the most important consideration.
If you are transgender do you have to transition?
Not necessarily, but it depends on the exact person. A lot of what is called transgender can arguably be considered a choice. So in that case, the person should get therapy to see what is making them choose something that might not be in their own best interest. But if they feel the need to continue, then a therapist is still good to help the person to adjust and deal with all the stress that they world will give them.
While everyone doesn't necessarily buy the theory, there are supposedly people who don't fit in at either end of the gender binary or who consider themselves as gender non-binary. In some ways, there isn't much transition to do. They likely are not distressed by their genitalia and likely won't get surgery there. But if they want to keep some "male energy" about them for instance, I suppose they might opt for breast surgery to get breasts without taking hormones.
Now, those born with transsexualism (often confused with transgender folks) tend to need transition, as there is no way to be accepted on the other end of the gender spectrum without doing so. If everything you say or do is taken as if a person of the other gender said it or did it, then obviously they could find more acceptance by transitioning. Those born with transsexualism should also see a therapist, since that's the only way they can get the clearance letters, and it may help them with issues such as self-acceptance, social pressures, sexual harassment, etc.
Who was the first successful female to male transgender operation?
There really hasn't been one as the doctors have not found a usable technique for creating a working and feeling penis from the smaller clitoris. It's much easier to remove material than it is to add. Hopefully in the future with more research, lab grown organs from their own cells will allow FtM transsexuals to have actual working reproductive organs.
Can a man still be a man with female genitalia?
Yes - your gender is not determined by your genitals, even your sex isn't solely determined by genitals. The idea that you're only a man once you take hormones or change your genitals is false, as is the idea that you are only a male if you have a penis: sex determination is far more complex than this.
Is it ok if you like shemales?
The term 'shemale' is an offensive term to describe trans women. If you use terms like this then it's clear that you don't really like trans women - if you did then of course it would be okay, you can like anyone you want to and trans women are no less than any other person.
What kind of stuff do you need to turn a guy into a girl?
I'd suggest talking to your doctor about it and your parents if that's possible because all the ways that you could go through with this procedure take a lot of thought, a lot of planning and a lot of consideration.
The only way that comes to mind instantly is a sex change operation, after which you would have to take estrogen pills/tablets.
I'm not completely read up on this subject but your doctor of course will be for sure.

How do you know that you have gender dysphoria please help?
If you think you may be gender dysphoric, get to a therapist who has experience with gender dysphoria: ask your MD for a reference or list of therapists who might help or could point you to the nearest therapist with experience there. A lay person cannot tell you you have GID: it's a medical diagnosis. If you have memories of telling people you are the opposite sex from when you were little, if you never did what people expected you to do based on your physical sex: didn't like sports, wanted talk more than play physically, changed your appearance often from a young age, to appear to be the opposite sex, ... you MAY have GID.. the only way to know and get help is talk to a trained professional who has treated GID AND who doesn't include things to the effect of "can be cured" or "we can fix that .." or .. "can change."
MOST often a person doesn not have GID and just needs help to understand what they are and help to become what they want to become. True GID is extremely rare (1 in 2000 to 5000 persons in the US actually has GID.) Get experienced professional help whatever happens: it will help you. When you speak to the therapist ask for the names of other patients who have agreed to be contacted and talk to them: almost everyone being treated wants to help, not cure.
