Heck no. Hatsune Miku isn't from Final Fantasy. It's a Vocaloid - "a singing synthesizer application". It's a computer program, her anime look (cover) was meant to attract people, since it's much cooler to use something that has a nice girl/mascot on the cover than a normal synthesizing program. Well, works for some people.

Next to impossible to find out, there have probably been thousands of re-prints on sites outside of NicoDouga, which is the Japanese version of Youtube. But I would assome some of the older videos which have been popular such as "World is Mine".

You may be able to make a voice sound like Miku is singing by turning up the pitch on a girl's voice (a guy would just sound like a chipmunk). I'm sure that some female voice could be tweaked to sound like Miku Hatsune.

However, since she's a computer program, Miku's voice doesn't sound as natural as our voices. So the reverse is true; if you edited a voice to have the same pitch as Miku, it would sound too realistic to be mistaken for Miku actually singing (unless the person was singing like Miku in the first place).

Still, it's fun to try!

Vocaloids, in this case Miku, do not have a defined relationship or personality. She could be single. She could be married. She could have a boyfriend/girlfriend. It is up to the fans and music producers, artists, and animators, to decide.
