regular close just like me and you , but they must show a badge and a warrant issued by the court with the person who they are looking for with their name, picture , and address for which they have the right to search and arrest.. trust it happend to me today .. they had the wrong person who dont live here but my address.. but orderd by the court.... they still have a right to search my home and make an arrest for that person on the warrant if found ..

Warrants rarely go away. If you don't know why the law is looking for you go to a pay phone, call them and ask. If you don't ask how do you expect to be able to defend yourself should they catch up with you? When computer systems change, a law enforcement agency CAN lose your warrant. I had the 15th largest city in America lose police reports while re-structuring their files. When and if you call, make sure you have a "Warrant" and not a "Wanted" which most people confuse the two. A warrant means that some law enforcement agency believes that you committed a crime, whereas a wanted mean that some law enforcement agency believes that you have information that will assist them in solving a crime; even if that info makes you a suspect, which of course, you will be held or eventually have a warrant. A wanted will disappear once a case is closed or the police has made contact with you.

Also, you should know that you will NEVER be expedited, that is, brought by authorities to anther state for a misdemeanor. The process is to much trouble if you don't agree to waiving your rights under "Habeas Corpus."

You can apply to renew your license, however the Armed Forces will have your name/social security number flagged. Once the application is processed the military will be notified to your current location. Technically yes you can, however it will most likely result in your arrest and court martial.

If the warrant is extraditable from New York, you can present yourself to a law enforcement agency in New York for arrest. If the warrant is not extraditable from New York, you have the option of returning to Arizona and presenting yourself for arrest at the law enforcement agency where the alleged offense took place. Your attorney could arrange for you to come in an voluntarily meet with the judge. However, if you encounter law enforcement before that time they'd be required to bring you to the judge on the basis of confirming the bench warrant. The bench warrant is likely for failure to appear, so if your attorney contacts the court to make an appearance with you they may be able to get the warrant set aside. If you know what court the warrant is out of you may be able to contact the clerk of that court and see if there is a bond you could pay to get the warrant set aside until a new court date could be set. Just some ideas. No idea what state, county, or municipality you are in and that absolutely makes a difference in how they do their business. (But your attorney will know). BTW, I am almost positive that no matter where you live, the police station is not the place to take care of it unless you just want to turn yourself in and be booked into jail and see the judge that way.

What do you mean by over? If the Court has discharged you from probation then no. The Court cannot give you jail time on your probation charge after you have been discharged from probation. If, for example, you were granted a two year term of probation that was due to expire on 02/01/10 but failed to report and a warrant was issued in 2009 then you are not off the hook. The Court can suspend your probation if you violate the terms. Once it is ordered suspended then the Court retains jurisdiction until you are either relieved from probation supervision, continued on probation with a time extension, or revoked and sentenced to jail or prison.

Mexico does have an extradtion treaty with the US, however, it is unlikely that Mexico will arrest or detain you, HOWEVER - in the scheme of international relations, who knows WHAT might happen.

If the GA arrest warrant was entered into the NCIC system and your name shows up during any kind of check while in VA (or any other state), you can be arrested and extradited. All US States and possessions honor each other's requests for extradition.

Despite several commercial firms that advertise that they can... there are NO websites or databases available to the general public that reflect this information. Only the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) Computer operated by the FBI reflects this information and it is restricted to only law enforcement and the courts. Believe it or not the best way is to simply call the court or law enforcement agency where you think you may be wanted and simply ask.

Even though they may be non-extraditable, it seems highly unlikely that CO would allow you to lawfully purchase a firearm when they had knowledge of outstanding criminal actions awaiting you in another state. Just because they are "non-extraditable" doesn't mean they "go away."

Although an "open" serve would be unusual, unless the service time of the warrant was specifically time limited, there is no requirement that a warrant be acted upon within so many days of issuance. A Blanket Warrant is a warrant that allows police to search multiple places for evidence without saying exactly what they are looking for. This comes from a judge usually on Murder or Drug charge cases.

More information is necessary in order to answer. I have never heard of a "blanket" warrant or any warrant that does not specifically state what is being searched for. As far as a specific location where a search may be conducted - as long as the warrant describes the premises to be searched (street address - name of business - lot & plot number - etc) there is no requirement that it state SPECIFICALLY WHERE within the premises may or may not be searched.
